I guarantee you if you buy Moasure and stick out the learning curve you will never measure another way again and you absolutely can’t beat their customer service. Start to finish everything works well together, no lagging, no complications, no clunky interface, not difficult to use with CAD or PDF. It’s kind of tricky to explain but the only way I can describe it is that everything just works well. Moasure is excellent, it is so simple to email from the app to contractors and my team to get everyone on the same page.
I absolutely love Moasure! I almost cry a little when I have to use my old wheel for stuff. I was doubtful at first but man was he correct. He walked me through every concern I had and assured me that they really took a lot of pride in crafting this system and that if I just stick it out, I’d really fall in love. I called and complained ready to ask for a refund and Moasure gave me 45 minutes of time on a scheduled conference call with a customer support agent, Jean was extremely friendly and was patient. When the device came in I followed the instructions and I was really struggling to get accurate measurements. Even the other wheel design that sort of copies Moasure does not do slope.
